Never Alone After Move-in!
Move-in is not the goal. Don’t forget that your life starts here! If you use our service, we will act as your communication agent for free for the first month after move-in, including communication for improvement requests for home facilities. Even after the second month, don’t worry! You can continue the service for only 3,000 pesos per month. You are never alone and can always receive our support.

Our bilingual staff will support you until you move in.
While first impressions of a property are important, other factors such as ‘conditions when signing a contract’ and ‘tendencies of the owner that can be inferred from the furniture and response’ are also important. Our staff, who are Japanese and knowledgeable about property search, will accompany you on the viewing and ask questions to the owner or real estate agent on your behalf

No Surprises with Pre-checked Properties!
If no one checks the property between the viewing and move-in, there may be many problems such as uncleaned rooms, cold showers, and burnt-out light bulbs. Our company visits the property about a week before move-in to check all of these and request improvements from the owner. You can rest assured on the day of move-in.
